sperm donor advice

ok.. so i'm a bit of a lurker but really need some advice and thoughts on our second IVF.

quick run down. Me, 29 all bloodwork(FSH, AMH, etc) normal, antral count of 12. DH: 61, azoo, got sperm through biopsy.

first IVF i was a poor responder and got 6 eggs, 3 fertlized, none made it to transfer. 

 We are starting our second IVF with a new protocol. Not sure what it will be, my dr and the others are going to meet to discuss. Anyways, Dr says we should do half of eggs with DH sperm, half with donor sperm. This will for sure tell us if its an egg quality issue or  sperm issue.

SO Torn. my husband had given up on having kids and when we got married was totally excited wanting to have kids.  yes, medically it would tell us a lot to use donor sperm too. But i just still feel like the first round was maybe a fluke and this time it will be better! I dont want to give up on this too early.

 Then i have the questions, what if we get embryos from donor and DH, then what?  We haven't told anyone about all our infertility stuff. Really just need to bounce this off someone.
