Rash during pregnancy

I'm almost 18 weeks pregnant with twins and have developed a rash on my hands.  I'm pretty sure I know why, it's extremely dry here and I've been washing my hands a lot... I usually wash my hands, use hand sanitizer but I must be using more than before.  I also switched hand soaps.  I've heard of PUPPS but I don't think this is it because it's only on my hands, nothing on my belly or anywhere else for that matter.  Just wondering if this could be hormones aggravating it?  I have an OB appointment on Tuesday so I will be up then.

    When I got pg w DS, I got a super itchy rash at like 56 weeks and went to the dr. They were very little help.

    Turns out, with every major hormonal change since then: having DS, weaning from BFing, getting pg again, I've gotten a rash. I curr

    Sounds like dry hands to me. It does not sound like PUPPS. I got that during my last week of pregnancy and it covered my arms, legs, and lower belly. All I have to say is thank God I only dealt with that for a week. It is taking a couple of weeks to clear
