headache HELP

i've had this really bad headache ALL day today. i even took a nap and when i woke up it was worse. i've been getting headaches a lot lately but this one is terrible and is going on day 2. any ideas on how to get rid of it?

  • The only thing that helped me when they were really bad was Tylenol, a little caffeine and laying down with a very cold wash cloth on my head and also on the back of my neck. Worked every time. GL!

  • I've been getting awful headaches, and I've tried everything. I did a massage and acupuncture and neither really helped. I went to a chiropractor for the first time yesterday, and I'm really hoping it helps.

  •   I've suffered from migraines after head trauma in an accident in '09 and now that I'm pregnant I get them every so often.  Most of the time I can catch them before they start. My midwife also told me just take some Tylenol extra strength

  • My OB told me to eat more often and it should take care of the headaches. And since I started that, it really helped. Hope this helps!
