Ugh....I have no control...tested early again.

So, I am 10 days post trigger and 9dpIUI. I don't know what compelled me today.... But I had to test.  To the point that I drove out of my way to Walgreens on the way home to pick up a test.  I did not test out my trigger and was really planning on waiting until our doc recommends that we test which is 14 day post trigger.  

So... On a FRER there is a faint positive.  It could be trigger, could be true positive. Ugh, why do I do this to myself? The only thing to do now, is hope the line is darker tomorrow.  My doc won't send me for beta unless I am 14 days post trigger.  

So, humor me, who thinks it is trigger and who thinks it is true positive?

My RE told me the trigger generally can show a positive until 10dpo to 12dpo so not to test until at earliest 13 dpIUI.

It's hard to say though as I tested out my trigger and got my positive at 12dpo. My trigger was gone by 9dpo but it all depends on metabolism and half life's etc.

On a complete side note we used frer tests and they didn't get darker until well after my missed period. They stayed fairly light.

Thanks 2moms... That is interesting about the FRER staying faint for you.

I have a faint positive again this morning... So now I am just hoping it doesn't go away.

It was a 10000 unit shot.... Realistically I know it is most likely the trigger hanging around.  But this irrational voice in my head hopes it is just going to stay positive and that this will be our cycle. 

Yeah, I really just need to accept that I get kinda crazy in my second week and just test out my trigger next time.

We shall see what happens tomorrow, which will be 12dp trigger.... Gotta think positive to stay sane in this process.

My apologies for jumping the gun a bit.  My trigger was out by 5 dpiui so I figured yours would be pretty gone by 9dpiui, especially if you triggered 36 hours before your insemination.

Thanks everyone. This morning the test was positive with a darker line than I have ever had before. I will get a beta Wed. I will let u know how it turns out this week!
