HB MWs in Tucson?

My good friend recently moved there and is considering a HB. She is currently working with a birth center there, but she's not certain it's right for her. Can anyone rec a HB midwife, especially one who will work with insurance? 

Also, she is interested in placenta encapsulation and would love recs for that too!
