Full Moon?

Ok, so I don't know whether to believe this or not, but the little ladies in my office are saying that the full moon plays an impact on labor. I am currently 36 1/2 weeks preg and due on March 24th. Starting maternity leave the 15th and praying little one comes the 24th or shortly after that. I am huge! Even the Dr says that DS is big. The next full moon is the 27th of March, if I could go then it would be a blessing!!!

    It was a full moon last night and it didnt help me any! LOL the next one looks like it is 6 days after my due date... I don't want to wait that long!

    My OB was on call this past Sunday and said that it was crazy. He even delivered my close friend that night, LOL. He attributed it to the full moon. A lot of doctors and nurses believe that the moon does have an impact.

    I read somewhere that hospitals staff L&D more heavily during full moons. I was hoping to go into labor yesterday, but here I sit still pregnant and over it. :)
