No but I should! I think the only way I'll "eat" it is if I get a juicer.

its so good for you!! according to one of my juicing books, two chopped cups, have 4.42g protein and 2.7g of fiber. You should saut with butter and season to taste. You can add it to anything really, creamy pasta, or alone. I'm sure you get olive Gardens zuppa Toscana no? That has kale in it :P

It feels like it! And all of a sudden I have a 2 month old and 20 month old. Ahh, they're growin' up so quick!
