I have mostly BG 4.0s, but I have a random used Small FB I kept from a diaper trial. It's nice when I want something trim. I have a few random FB One Size I bought when I was being a bargain wh0re, and it's not NEARLY as nice as the sized.

I can't get my tiny hand in the pocket of the one size, and the PUL is all sticky. Do they use different PUL? And why is the crotch smaller for a one size than for a small?

I'd like to buy a couple more sized FB, but I want to make sure I get ones like the diaper trial.

I know exactly what you mean! I bought a dozen FB Elites (the ones with the sayings on the bum) before G was born because I got them at fabulous price. I wound up selling them because the sticky PUL drove me crazy. Right after I sold them, I got two FB Elites (without the sayings) for free. These two don't have sticky PUL, and I really like them. 

Unfortunately, I don't know how to help answer your question I just assumed that they realized the PUL was too sticky and fixed it.

I have old FB one size and they all have stickier PUL than my other dipes but a couple of them are way worse than others...
