Not sleeping through the night!

So my twin girls aren't sleeping through the night anymore... they will be 6 months on the 24th!! any suggestions on what or why?? Should I offer a bottle when they wake up crying or do I just let them cry it out and go back to sleep??? OMG i'm desperate I don't know what to do it's MIDNIGHT and they are awake!!!! Please help...anyone....

Sounds like 4 mos. wakeful a little late.  On whether you should feed them, I say if they're hungry the YES.  Could be teething.  Could be a number of things.  Unfortunately you just have to go with the flow.   Hang in there and good luck.  Hopefully they'll go back to STTN.

Unfortunately not all babies STTN and sleep patterns change frequently. Just meet their needs and go with the flow

There's a growth spurt at 6 mos. so I would try feeding them when they wake up.  We have a general rule that the first time DS wakes up AFTER midnight, he gets fed. (He can and often does STTN). If your LOs don't eat much, then consider other causes.
