Fave non-CD-safe cream?

A bit of a f/u to my post below...  I need to get some heavy duty cream for dds rash.  She's in a sposie with Vaseline now, but I think she needs something with zinc oxide or whatever to clear up these welts.  So, what do you use when you have to break out the big guns?

Desitin is my daycare lady's cream of choice.

I have a CD-safe zinc cream that I use in very small quantities without damage to my diapers (Live Clean Baby). It does clear up any little spots in one treatment.

Also, my favorite may-or-may-not-be CD safe is Grandma El's. Actually had great success with this when DS had a bad wet-sensitivity rash combined with an acidic poo rash. I actually like it better than the A+D and Boudreaux that I mentioned above -- I think it does a great job of working as a barrier and letting the skin breathe at the same time.
