Well I think I'm getting bronchitis for the second time this pregnancy.  I had it in Oct/Nov and went to urgent care where they gave me a antibiotic and an inhaler.  I really don't want to go to the doc again and expose baby to antibiotics again but I am miserable.  Also a new development (what a difference a few months makes) now every time I have a coughing fit, I pee myself a little...

Ugh thats no fun. sorry your not feeling well. I pee every time I cough after my last cold. I bought a giant pack of poise and its a life saver! DD calls them mommy's diapeys lol

I think I may have bronchitis also. I didn't go to the doctor because I really didn't want to go on antibiotics for a third time this pregnancy. The first was a viral infection and the second was for conjunctivitis. Fun. I'm glad it hasn't lasted long. I hope you feel better soon, too.

I'm sorry. I'm on antibiotics for it right now and I almost peed myself in Walmart last night from coughing. :[

Sorry to hear... Just be sure to take care of yourself. Especially with bronchitis. It can actually increase in intensity and duration with each time you catch it. I had it last year for 3 months. It left untreated you could end up doing permanent damage and end up having asthma for the rest of your life. Take care of yourself!

OK so last night was horrible...

First of all my DH was not cooperative at all...  made things much worse by talking my ear off everytime I would cough.  I guess he figured that if I was coughing I was up, but what he didn't realize was that if he would have been quiet - I may have fallen asleep much faster...

I would cough and feel like I had to pee so I would get up every 10 minutes and have my coughing fit on the toliet.  Then at one point the pee escaped anyway and I started balling cause by this point it had been an hour and a half, I was exhausted, coughing, and I felt like a little kid who had just wet the bed.

So I went to sleep on the couch and thankfully slept most of the rest of the night.  But after all of that it has officially been decided that I am going to the doctor today!

I have it too. The coughing is terrible. Last night I peed myself pretty bad : (
