Oh yes. Welcome to the club. You will find lots of support and people that feel the same way here. I'm 10 weeks tomorrow and I am constantly afraid. I've never over-analyzed every twitch so much.I know it sounds cliche, but take a deep breath and take it one day at a time. Otherwise you'll be very stressed very fast.
It's completely normal. This is my second and I'm still horribly afraid of something going wrong. Welcome to motherhood! I wish I could say that the fear goes away, but it just grows the more attached you become. It turns into something beautiful though

I'm 4 weeks tomorrow (I think...no word back yet on today's blood work) and I feel EXACTLY the same way! I started getting positive tests on Friday, and have taken one every day since. My mind is filled with ectopic, miscarriage, not to mention feeling every possible emotion possible. I tend to think it's normal, and it will be better when I get to the point where I tell friends and can talk to them about it.Right now my husband and I have only told our parents.

I got positive tests on Friday also. I'm super excited and anxious, my husband and I haven't told our parents yet but we will soon! Congratulations and good luck
1. AVOID GOOGLE. it shall henceforth be your main enemy. do not google any symptoms. you will always end up with worst case scenario
2. Make sure you're taking your prenatals
3. Relax. stress isn't going to help anything
Really, fears are normal. Even when I know my symptoms are common and normal and usually mean nothing, I get a little worried... but just remember, symptoms can come and go, they can change, some women never get sick, some never stop being sick. every pregnancy is different.
