Desperately need boy name help!

We found out last week that we are having another DS! We had a list of top 5 names but nothing is feeling right. DS1 is Callen Francis. I love very uncommon names and don't really like 'old' names or popular names. I would prefer to stay out of the top 200 or so. Honestly, made up sounding names don't bother me but nothing trendy. Our list was:

Boden: DH doesn't like the NN Bo. He is also concerned that it seems like most boy names end in the 'en' sound now.

Soren: love that I have never heard this IRL. Again the ending sound tho.

Taten: same issue as above. Would use Tate as NN.

Tucker: almost too popular for me but DH likes it, doesn't love it tho.

Tate: sounds maybe a little harsh. This was at the top of the list but DH said today he isn't loving it.

Other names I like that have been vetoed: Lennox, Riordan, Theron.

Any suggestions? We are kinda starting over. Last name is pronounced air/ee. TIA!

I like Tate and Tucker the best from your list.  

I'm not a fan of Taten, Boden or Soren, maybe I share your husband's disdain for the popularity of "en" ending names?

You could also try Oren, Ulysses, Malachi, Thor, Micah...

The only name from your list that really turns me off is Boden. It reminds me of the word "foreboding", and would be a good hobbit name haha. 

Otherwise... my favourites are Tate, Tucker and Soren. I like Soren is different enough from the other "en" names that no one would every notice the similarity.  

I'd recommend looking at European name websites for ideas, especially maybe Germany, Poland, etc. They have some gorgeous names that we NEVER hear over here.

Honestly...my favorite is Tucker. This was one of the runner-ups for our LO's name. We decided not to use it because we didn't think it aged well. I still like it though.

The rest are not my style with Boden and Taten being my least favorite.

How about Bodhi? I adore that name but could never use it as DH has a friend who goes by Beaudie short form of his last name.
I like Tate from your list but I will be honest I had suggested this name to my DH in the past and he says all he hears is taint. Some suggestions I have are Lewis, Dean, Ridley.

Soren is great.  I think limiting yourself to boy names that don't end in -en is a pretty big challenge.

Taten looks weird to me.  Reminds me of Tater

Tucker is ok, but I can only picture it on a teen

Tate is ok, but nms

I like Lennox, nn Nox

Riordan is also nice.

Boden makes me think of the clothing company, and I don't know what Taten is.  I wouldn't do Tucker or Tate - too much potential for teasing.  I really love Soren.
