drool rash or allergy?

Lo drools alot..we try to keep her dry as best as we can.   she has a pimple like rash under her neck and on her lower face.  i put some destin on it last nigt (looked up how to help it) and it was better this am..

i cant tell if this is related to her drooling or  if its a rash due to starting solids. any ideas of how to tell the difference?  will call pedi of course as well.

also, if it is a drool rash what can i put on it??

Could have asked the same question myself.  We see the pedi in about two weeks.  The rash is only on the chin and neck, so I am assuming drool.  But let me know if you find out!

Definitely sounds like drool.  Try putting aquaphor or vaseline on it often to create a barrier and then at night before bed.  Should help clear it up!
