Is pregnancy considered a Pre-existing condition?

I just found out I am expecting again and I start a new job on feb19.  Currently I am on cobra but was planning on switching to the medical plan my employer offers.  However, someone mentioned to me I might not be eligible because pregnancy can be considered a pre-existing condition.  Any advise would help.

    No, not if you are on cobra benefits and there is no lapse of coverage of more then I believe 58 days and you are moving to a group plan.
