3 year old - rash?

DD had a rash all over her body when I got home from work today.  She was totally fine this morning.  I don't think it was bothering her at all b/c she wasn't itching and DH said nothing about it, if he even noticed it.  I noticed it and asked her if it itched and then it seemed to get worse throughout the evening.  It's not bumps, just big blotchy red skin, all over (tummy, knees, feet, elbows, wrists, cheeks, upper thighs).  My guess is eczema....but it seems weird that it came on all of a sudden.  She had one outbreak of eczema about two years ago, but it was only on her legs and went away quickly with some prescription cream and never came back.  I used some of the cream on it tonight.  Any thoughts????

Sounds like a reaction to something -  A few food? New laundry detergent? New soap?
