Calling all lurkers....
I thought this board was busy not that long ago but I could have been thinking of TN local board. Which, BTW I can't figure out how to use these days. Anyone one else get a crazy looking page on that board? I used to hang out on the TB local board (couldn't remember my old SN and started a new acct) but I don't think they want old married ladies with children chiming in on their wedding plans 
Anyway - who wants to come out and play? Let's get this board going.

I have never heard of Nosh, but wow, their menu looks amazing.

What area of DFW are you in and how long have you been here? I'm in Denton. Been here my whole life except for a 3 year stint in Boston (2005-2008)
Relationship status? Married 4.5 years (together for 10!)
How many kids do you have? Expecting our first in June

Working, staying home, going to school or all of the above? I work, and will continue to work after the Bebe gets here.
Hobbies/Interests? Music and theatre, mostly. Performing and directing. Also reading and marathoning TV shows on Netflix. Spending time with my Hubs and our pitbull pup.
What is your favorite restaurant in DFW? I don't get out of Denton much, but my favorite place here is the Greenhouse. Obsessed with it...hmmm...maybe we need to have dinner there tonight...

And a random.......What is your favorite restaurant in DFW? Oh there are so many. For fancy dining, it would be a tie between The Mansion on Turtle Creek and Abacus. For casual dining, I'd go with La Duni, Taverna, or Kozy Kitchen
I am not really a lurker, I have been around since my daughter was born, but the board has been dead for awhile, glad to see a little activity

Relationship status? Married 5 years in August, we have been together 9 years
How many kids do you have? I have a 2.5 year old little girl, and we are expecting our second in a month
Planning to have more? No, this will be our last.

I have been a SAHM for about 9 months, I was a middle school teacher, and am too anal to leave my students with a sub for maternity leave, so I decided to stay home this year, not sure if I will go back once the baby is born or not, we shall see.
Hobbies/Interests? Running, yoga, reading Wine (when I am not pregnant)
And a random.......What is your favorite restaurant in DFW? You know, I don't think I have a favorite. We like Penne Pomodoro for Italian, that is all that comes to mind right now.

I would LOVE to see this board get active! We just moved here and are having a rough time getting plugged in and meeting people. Last time we moved TB was a lifesaver for me and over the years it's where I met 99% of the women who became my IRL friends.
What part of DFW and how long? We're in Frisco (well not yet really. We're still in temp housing in McKinney waiting for our house to be finished.) We moved here last month.
Relationship Status: Married
Parenthood Status: Two kids and that's plenty for us. We're done.
Work Status: I SAHM. I might return to real estate here which I was doing primarily from home before we moved.
Hobbies/Interests: Travel, sports, reading, games (cards, board games, etc), crafting, real estate, history
Favorite Restaurant: We're still trying places out. We're loving all the good Mexican food though!
Where in DFW & how long: We are living right next to Kessler Park and Bishop Arts...it's pretty much where we grew up, but we have also lived in Uptown before having the LO.

Kiddos: One boy born this December. We plan to have at least one more in a few years.
Work situation: I am currently staying at home and not working. My BF is leaving his job soon so we can both stay home with the LO, start our own business, and work from home.
