potty regression?

Hi all. I usually hang out on TTGP but really need help so I hope it's ok to post here.

DD will be 4 at the end of the month and has been daytime potty trained for almost a year. Over the last few weeks she has been having pee accidents frequently. Her undies are wet 8 out of 10 times. Sometimes she will race for the bathroom only to pee in front of the toilet.

I just used an OTC UTI kit that was negative. I got her a watch with alarms that are set to remind her to go but even then she will tell me she doesn't have to go. When she's dancing I have to basically force her into the bathroom where she will pee a river.

I've even tried bribery! 5 dry days and she can get a My Little Pony... she has only made it to 4 days.

I'm at the end of my rope here. Today I asked if she had to go - she said no and 2 minutes later peed on the carpet.

She's with me at work and even if I am not there, she has known the other girls for years. Nothing else has changed that I can tell and I can't get her to tell me why she's doing it... I get "I don't know" or "I was playing" hence the watch.

Sorry for the book but I wanted to make sure I gave as much detail as possible. I appreciate any insight!

DS1 recently started having daily accidents. I'm not sure it was a regression or just him not wanting to stop what he was doing to go. I instituted a sticker chart again. He picks a reward to work towards and gets a sticker every time he uses the potty (there are 25 spots on the chart). When he fills the chart, he gets his reward (first was a movie night w/ popcorn, this time he's working towards a new book. Some of the other choices he had were $1 for his piggy bank, a donut from Dunkin Donuts, a new Hot Wheels car). He hasn't had an accident since we started. He likes getting a sticker each time and visually being able to count down how many spaces are left to fill until he gets his reward.

Maybe try shortening the amount of time she needs to stay dry to get a reward, even if it means working for smaller rewards. Or maybe at the end of every day she stays dry, she gets a token, and then when she has 5 she gets her My Little Pony. Then even if she has a day where she has an accident she doesn't have to start over and wait 5 more days to see a reward. Once she gets back on track, then you can stretch it out longer periods until you no longer need to.

@LeaLupins‌ I think you mentioned some great ideas. The sticker chart is how we got her going to begin with... maybe that's how we get her back on track. The watch is there to remind her to go when she is playing and forgets, I think I need to adjust the time in between alarms.

I'm just so frustrated and I know that's not helping.

My middle will turn 4 next month and has just started having accidents this week. We're at one a day and hopefully it doesn't get worse. For her, it seems to be forgetting while playing or if she gets upset (time out or baby brother is bugging her, typical kid stuff). I think my oldest did the same thing around this age. I try to not make a big deal of it and remind her more often to go potty. Let's hope this is just a phase and goes away soon!

Thanks @jensriot‌. I hear so much "she potty trained so easily!" that I feel like I'm doing something wrong! Today has been better... no accidents yet and she's been a little better about me telling her to go.

Yesterday she peed on her stuffed froggy chair and I'm afraid I'm going to have to throw it out! She's pretty upset about that
