I had a ridiculous amount of stuff for the hot dog bar, but I actually couldn't tell you what went flying and what sat around - I just don't remember!  We had:

ketchup, mustard, and relish 

jalapenos, banana peppers, and pepperchinis

chili, cheese, chopped white onions,

chopped red onions, chopped tomatoes, coleslaw

pickles, red bell peppers, green bell peppers, 

sauerkraut, mayo, and salsa
