I have a track record for having disappointing birthdays, unfortunately.

But you might remember that I actually celebrated with my two best girlfriends at a totally sweet resort in Bermuda this summer. So I can't really complain!

 (Not to sound like a suckup, btw, but did you see where I posted to you about those videos of Keira on your blog?)

Now THAT sounds like a good way to celebrate!  You have a good attitude about it, at least, and hopefully you can make up for it a different day--peaceful days like that are few and far between, so I know exactly why you're disappointed to lose out on one!  Anyway, you don't even look close to 40, so I'm going to wish you a happy 30th and no one will know the diff, OK?

I think I did see that post--about her little voice?--way later.  Thanks!  DH and I both love her munchkin voice, too, and she's such a cheeseball.  Jerry Seinfeld said once that the real reason for having kids is entertainment...so true!

Yes, she has the most adorable voice ever! OMG, our kids entertain us nonstop. Ethan needs his own reality show, for God's sake...
