Cramping back pain after IUI

I had my first IUI on Thursday and it was a tad uncomfy during the procedure and afterwards I came home and laid on the couch all day because on top of getting my IUI I had a darn sinus infection so I felt crappy anyways. I didn't notice any other symptoms the rest if the night. Yesterday I got up feeling better from my sinus infection but was crampy all day and my lower back hurts. I was like that all day yesterday so I just rested and now I woke up today and still crampy and back ache. The paper work my dr gave me said its common to have some cramping after the IUI bit doesn't say for how long and nothing about back ache. Anyone ever experience this? I hope it's a good sign but thinking its probably a common sign.

I never had cramping more than a day after IUI. I hope you feel better soon.

I had terrible cramping and backaches after every iui. Do you happen to have a tilted uterus? I was always told that's why my back hurt. It should go away. It took a few days for me. Did you have more than one mature follicle? The more follicles I had, the worse it was.

I have never been told that I had a tilted uterus so Im not sure. I had a 21cm, 19.5cm, 17cm follicles and a few more that were smaller like 14-15.
