A good friend of mine wants to do a drug free VBAC. I went drug free but don't really remember reading anything specific to VBAC in my Bradley books, and we did a private birthing class so she didn't cover the topic. Anyone have good resources they'd recommend passing along?

There might be private birth classes that are specific to VBAC in her area, I would tell her to see if there's an active ICAN chapter and if there are any local doulas who could point her in the right direction. And ask the VBAC board, too!
