Questions for Preschool

The previous day care post got me wondering about preschools.  We're starting to look at preschools for DD for the fall when she turns 3 (currently 2.5 yo).  DD has been in an in-home daycare since 3 months old so this will be a big change.  She's only going to go T/Th for a 1/2 day and then be with her sitter the rest of the time.  What questions would you ask about the preschool program or what types of preschools do you recommend?

I would schedule times to visit several preschools that are all different. We decided on a montessori environment for DS- it has worked very well for us with his personality and our parenting methods. 

You can google for a list of questions but some of the ones I remember asking were copies of curriculum, their teacher certifications, what they serve for food, what the daily schedule is like, toileting, and discipline methods.
