Maya Wrap Ring Sling (lightly padded) Sizing?

Anyone have a Maya Wrap that can say more about their sizing?  Pre-Prego I was 5'7", 140 lbs, 36 B/C cup.  According to their chart that means I should buy a medium, but I want to make sure the tail is long enough to use as a nursing cover w/o being crazy long and annoying.  Knee/thigh length would be perfect, I think.  The picture they have of the model wearing it makes me feel like I should get a large even though her measurements are larger then mine.  https://www.mayawrap.com/oasiscrm/sus/mw-sizes.html

Any thoughts from someone that has used one?

I am similiar build and have a medium...the tail is almost too long but I also used the tail as a nursing cover. I am having my third and I am actually buying a new one in a small. Do get the lightly padded shoulder, the non padded is terrible! Good luck, LOVE my Maya Ring sling! ENJOY

Also, were you previously using the non padded kind?  I think those ones are longer then the padded ones
