Good Morning Grads! It's Thursday, the busy holidays are over, tell us about how you and your LO's are doing!!
This is the place to share your betas, bump pics, nursery ideas, names, ect for our recent grads. And for our older grads - share birth stories, adoption tales (Bethany we're so excited for you!!!), pics of your babies, and stories of toddler fun! Any 3T grads are welcome!
QOTW: Keeping up with the jones'. Do you feel the pressure? (Any funny stories along this line) Is there something that helps you move past it? Here is an article a few of my mommy friends posted on FB yesterday that may help new moms. (Sorry not a clicky)

Re: *~*~*Grad Check In*~*~*
Happy New Year! We had a wonderful first Christmas with Spencer, he was a very lucky boy. He will be 9 months on the 8th ~ it is going so fast!
It is hard not to compare babies, I try really hard to remember they are each unique and it is okay that S doesn't have teeth or crawl etc when others who are younger do.
Hugs and Good Luck wishes to all those cycling, may 2013 be a great year for all of you! xo
Hi my 3T ladies. I haven't been here in forever. Been having some crappy life stuff going on. My dh is unemployed, we have to sell our house, etc. it just sucks.
But, my dh and I are healthy and most of all Miss Lily is happy and healthy. She will be 6 months old on Saturday! I don't know where the time has gone. She is such a joy.
Here is my new favorite photo of us together. She just makes me melt.

I've made it to 29weeks and am ready for the end at this point! I can't wait to meet LO. I've had a lot of back and pelvic pain. I've actually having trouble walking at this point and I can barely undress at the end of the day. I had my baby shower on 12/29. It was really nice and we got a lot of great gifts. Now I just need to go through our stuff and buy a few things that we still need. I'm a little overwhelmed thinking of all the things I still need to do, like find a pediatrician, work out my maternity leave, pack my hospital bag and buy stuff for baby. Plus we haven't set up the nursery yet!
I don't feel any pressure to keep up with the Jones'. But even trying to buy the minimum amount of stuff we need for baby seems so excessive! There is just so much stuff out there that seems necessary!
Hey Ladies!
Hoping 2013 brings this board a boat load of BFP's!
Sorry my updates never have pictures. I'm 27 weeks today. Can't believe it. Starting to feel overwhelmed by how much we need to get done in the next 3 months! But I know somehow it'll all come together.
The big news around here: We found out Christmas morning that the baby is a GIRL! I am beyond excited. I can not wait to meet her....
As for the QOTW - I definetly don't feel that pressure. DH and I have been lucky enough to receive a ton of hand me downs (carrier, car seat base, bouncy seat, pack and play) and I've happily taken all of it. The only thing I insisted on buying new is a stroller. In the baby world - babies will outgrow things so quickly I don't feel the need to go top of the line on things.

Hi ladies. Today is 19w. Im really excited for my a/s tomorrow. Im hoping that everything goes well. And if we get to find out the genders, then awesome.
We are planning to do a gender reveal of sorts with just family and a few close friends. Taking envelope to bakery and doing 2 small cakes. I know they are not popular and people think they are silly, but this will be our only pregnancy and we wanted to do something special.
This is a pic from Monday 18w4d. Terrible pic because i wasnt feeling good, lol. I have been having lots of RPL issues this week.

I'm pretty nauseous everyday, but other than that I'm feeling pretty good. Hugs to all of you!

OMG Mandalinn Lily is six months?! Where do the time go?? So glad you stopped by to say hi! You are radiating such happiness in this pic. I hope your husband finds work soon. As someone underemployed since the economy tanked I know just how hard it can be, financially, emotionally, and to your ego. FX it's a blessing in disguise and soon life will be back on track again.

I like the idea making an occasion of finding out the gender if you're finding out before the birth! Just as long as it's just close people, I see nothing wrong with it. Enjoy!

My first beta came back at 45. The nurse said it is right where they want to see it for being so early! I am not sure if I was at 12dpo or 13dpo...but at least the nurse said it was ok
My RE still will not take my progesterone levels which makes me nervous. I go back monday for my 2nd Beta.
Wow!! 22 weeks already? Where has the time gone!
Great little pics of your LO. I had to go back for an extra u/s too when I was pregnant because they didn't get enough pics of the spine.. it was nice to get the extra opportunity to see LO again. Enjoy!!
