Appeal Update- Just a small one

We were notified today that since BM failed to file a statement of errors when she filed the appeal, she has until the 7th to file it, serve us and the trial judge or the appeal will be dismissed. Now I know she would never let that happen but at least things will be moving soon.
No one else will ever know the strength of my love for you. After all, you are the only one who knows what my heart sounds like from the inside.

    Our lawyer said she does not know what she could possibly list so we will see.
