My SN stems mainly from my belief that our society is being deluded into thinking tomatoes are a healthy food. Lycopenes? Left wing conspiracy. They made up the term "lycopene" because an overabundance of tomatoes and tomato-related products were sitting in warehouses, rotting. So now the left-wing media has up all convinced tomatoes, or "love apples," as they were once known, are full of antioxidants and should be part of a healthy diet. The Pilgrims recognized tomatoes for what they are: poison. Somewhere we lost that belief.
