Here for a bit. Guests just left and I'm holding DD for a nap at 4pm. She was such a mess we couldn't keep her awake any longer. Poor girl!

I'm here! Just finished skyping with my mom and dad--no, Mom, you can't GIVE me Skype. You USE Skype. Can't hear me? Your computer is muted.

That was actually fun. They got to see dd. We haven't seen them since summer, so it's a big deal. Of course, now she knows how to use Skype so that may be happening more frequently than I'd like, but it was worth it for today.

I'm cleaning and doing laundry now, which is kind of relaxing for me. Dd is playing with her new toys and just hanging around happily. My DH is relaxing. It's a pretty nice Christmas for us, considering the last one was spent nursing her through rsv and losing out on no refundable plane tickets to visit family.

My confession is that dd is going to daycare tomorrow, even though I'm off work. We have to pay anyway, and she likes it there, so off she goes!

We did our family fesitivities early, so we're home for the day. DH is busy playing with his new Ipod Touch. DD is sort-of napping. So, I'm here a little bit.

Here for only a few minutes, then off to my parents for early supper. Then I'll be back in the evening. Waiting for the furnace guy, furnace decided we didn't need heat. It's only a year old, so yay for warranty, boo for no heat on a freaking cold day. We have a fireplace, so it's not bad.

I'm here. Driving back to Chicago after the festivities with my parents and friends in Cleveland.

Making great time because people don't travel on the holiday. Just over 3 hours to go.

Merry christmas! My ILs were too sick to come down. It broke their heart and dh is pretty sad about it but it is or the best as we're all getting over being sick here. My sister came last night. I made awesome Mac cheese that was so good, we had the leftovers tonight. I'm going to change into clean jammies in a little bit. After being in the house since Friday, ds will be going to daycare tomorrow are well. Merry Christmas!
