Similac Sensitive

My DD is on similac sensitive and spits up horribly. She is on Zantac for reflux. Some days it's better, some days it's not. I seem to remember someone posting about switching from Similac Sensitive to Similac Advance and the spit up getting a lot better. I am wondering if switching could help her. Did anyone here post about this?

We switched from advanced to sensitive. LO still spits up but not the same frequency and quantity. It was soaking each burp cloth at every feeding. I use the prefolded cloth diapers as burp cloths. Some days are better than others but from what I understand the Zantac doesn't effect the spit up. You could try switching but i am not sure it will help.

Both babies are on Zantac and Similac Sensitive but she still spits up constantly - sometimes it bothers her (if there's a lot of stomach acid coming up) but most of the time she smiles right through it so our pedi wasn't concerned...she's gaining weight fine too. As they say, it's more of a laundry problem than a physical problem. Hang in there!

I posted a question about formula and similac sensitive a couple days ago. I'm mobile bumping so I can't include the link but it was called "transitioning to formula" or something of that nature...can't remember exact wording LOL We have switched from similac sensitive to advanced as well as added a probiotic and her gas seems much better already and she is spitting up less. Others posted saying that advanced was worse for them so I believe it is all dependent on how you LOs tummy is! Hope this helps!

Not for spit up, but we did switch! Maybe we are the weird man out, but we were on similac sensitive and my LO was getting horrible gas and was super cranky. We switched to similac advanced, and it got SO much better! Weird, I know, but we haven't had any issues since then.
