DD just turned 11 months on Saturday and I think I am a little behind on table food, but this is what we are doing. Also, she decided last week to drop her bedtime bottle. She did it on her own so I just increased the other 3 bottles from 6-8 oz.
5-6am - wakeup - 8oz bottle
8-8:30 - oatmeal and fruit
10:30-11 - 8 oz bottle
12pm - lunch - Stage 2 vegetable/some meat
2-3pm - 8 oz bottle
4-4:30 - snack - yogurt/puffs/cherrios/cheese, etc
6-6:30pm - supper - Stage 2 vegetable/meat/maybe something from our plate.
6 am- 6 oz
breakfast right after-fruit and cheerios
snack of crackers before nap
6 oz around 11 am
solid food lunch with whole milk
6 oz bottle around 3 pm
5 pm dinner- usually leftovers and a banana
6:30 pm 4 oz bottle
Oh and he is eating all table foods by this point.
7am - breakfast (bread product + yogurt/applesauce)
9:30 am - 7 oz bottle
10:30am - snack (cheerios, goldfish, puffs, wagon wheels, etc)
12:30pm - lunch (pasta pickups or leftovers)
2:30pm - 7 oz bottle (will be replacing this with a sippy of whole milk next week)
3:30pm - snack (same as above)
5:30 pm - dinner (whatever we are eating or ham and cheese bites)
7:15 pm - 7 oz bottle
we go every two hours, but I really just follow her cues:
