Post-baby workout DVDs - need recs!

Looking for stuff I can do in my living room, preferably with exercise equipment that I already own (5 and 8 pound hand weights, yoga mat, resistance bands, etc)

    Jillian Michels' 30 Day Shred is great. It's strength, cardio and ab work, all can be done in a small space in your living room. She uses hand weights, that's all you need other than your body! I did this for 2 weeks (not 30 days unfortunately) and it helped jump start some weight loss. I will be doing it again after the holidays!

    I second Jillian michaels. I like ripped in 30 and 30 day shred. Its only 20 min workouts,so doable for a new mom.

    I would also take the baby for walks all the time. 

    Also tabata workouts.  Itunes has a cd you can download that you can do with your ipod.

    this what really pushed me through the fitness plateau after having my son. Now I teach tabata in my muscle classes.  it works. Good luck!
