How do you think you will handle the disappointment if it takes longer this time?Corbin was a giant "surprise!"  We were never trying - but at the same time we weren't really preventing.  Once we found out I was pregnant we realized that we had had a conversation without words and actually wanted to have a baby
Open Topic. What is on your mind this week?The rest of the year and how a week ago we didn't have many plans lined  up and now pretty much every day and weekend from now till the end of the year is tied up with something.

First cycle, CD 14 I think...

Nope. 

QOTW: How long were you TTC before you got pg with any previous pregnancies? How do you think you will handle the disappointment if it takes longer this time?

I say 5 months because we stopped avoiding 5 months before we got pregnant, but we only actually really tried for 2. I'm prepared for a BFN this cycle, but I know it's still going to kick me in the butt. I probably won't handle it well...

  Where are you in your TTCAL journey? I am on CD6 of my last cycle TTA.  In January we will start TTC again. Do you have any relevant appointments upcoming? No QOTW: How long were you TTC before you got pg with any previous pregnancies? How do you think you will handle the disappointment if it takes longer this time? With ds it took us 4 months.  With my angel Ava, we conceived her on the second month. I am sure I will be disappointed if it takes longer because I have all of these emotions going on, not knowing WHY we lost Ava is really playing on my mind.  I feel like there must be something wrong with me and so I am expecting it to take longer this time.  I am the most impatient person on the planet, so I'm sure I will handle it terribly. Getting through the holidays.  The fact that Ava's headstone sketch was all screwed up and I'm really pissed about it because now it will take even longer to be set.  This week made 2 months since our loss and life just hasn't been the same.  I feel like my life is on hold right now, like everything is just standing still.  Still.  Not sure when this will go away.

Where are you in your TTCAL journey?

I think this is my 8th cycle.

Do you have any relevant appointments upcoming?

I just had a CD3 ultrasound and my OB didn't find anything of concern. She even said that my egg count was good (I am AMA so that is a relief). 

QOTW: How long were you TTC before you got pg with any previous pregnancies?

With DD1 it took 3 cycles, with Annabelle 6 cycles.

How do you think you will handle the disappointment if it takes longer this time?

Well it already has. I never thought it would take this long. It has taken a bit of a toll on me (I put a lot of pressure on myself).

Annabelle is always on my mind. And now that I had an ultrasound that confirms that tubes are clear and eggs are there, what is taking so long???

Where are you in your TTCAL journey?I cannot start TTC until AF returns and my doctor says we can. I know we have a couple more months to wait since it has only been 4 weeks since my son was born full term and passed away. I am getting in the mindset and praying about TTC so I will be ready once my body is ready. Do you have any relevant appointments upcoming?My 6 week pp appointment is on December 18th. I am hoping to get some good news and reassurance about the future. The doctor has already told me that i have healed really fast and I will be fine doing this all over again.  QOTW: How long were you TTC before you got pg with any previous pregnancies? How do you think you will handle the disappointment if it takes longer this time?It took us 3 cycles to get pregnant last night, but It took me that long to figure out when I was ovulating since I had been on the pill so long. I think if it takes a long time I will be disappointed but hopefully faith and hope can get us through.  Open Topic. What is on your mind this week? My baby Hunter, he's all I think about. It is hard to have baby's first Christmas without the baby, I am sure you all understand that.

Where are you in your TTCAL journey?
CD11 on our 2nd IUI/Injects cycle since our loss in June.  Actually, we are doing Femara/Injects this time.    Do you have any relevant appointments upcoming?We have our monitoring appointment tomorrow to check on the follie growth. Hopefully we will know when our IUI will be!   On 12/18, I have an appt with a MFM as well to see if/when we are lucky enough to get pg again, if I will need to take lovenox during the pregnancy. QOTW: How long were you TTC before you got pg with any previous pregnancies? How do you think you will handle the disappointment if it takes longer this time?We tried 3 years before conceiving our DS1 and then we got pg our first IUI/injects cycle with our angel!  We are both 40 now so we only have so much time! I think if we are not pregnant by this time next year, we will be trying to come to terms with not being able to add to our family.  Open Topic. What is on your mind this week? How Thursday will be 6 months since we found out we lost our Ethan and Saturday 6 months since he was born sleeping.
