Is this right?

So I was joking in a previous post about wanting to POAS while the trigger was still in my system to mess with DH.  Well, we were just talking about something else, and I mentioned "let's wait and see if I'm pregnant."  He responded "you're not, but a petri dish somewhere is." 

So, I decide to be a smart ass and tell him I am pregnant, and go take a test, even though he knows the reason it would be positive right now, obviously.  Well here I am, only 4DPT (days past trigger), and I have the faintest of lines, I'm talking wouldn't even notice it if I didn't know what to look for.  I can only imagine it will be totally stark white tomorrow.

I was just curious if that sounds right to be virtually out of my system this soon?  I took the full 10,000 unit dose too.  I'm just really surprised and a bit disappointed I didn't get to have more fun with the two lines while I could be sure I'd see them.

I think most tell you it takes 7 days at the earliest to be out. I know I once took a test at 8DPO and it was gone, took a test the next day and got a BFP with DS2.

At least now you know it is pretty much out so you don't have to worry about a false +.

Good luck! I hope you get your BFP in the next 10 days or so!
