I know it's early for a UO (3D Ultrasounds)

But I can't be expected to remember this for 2 days.

I think 3d ultrasound pictures are creepy. They look like little alien creatures, just lying in wait to get me.

I teared up when I saw my son on the 2d ultrasound the first time. But that's cuz he's my son. Other People's Ultrasounds just look like fuzzy Doppler radar images. But the 3d ones? Creeeepy.

We still had one done, though, and as you may suspect, mine was NOT at all creepy. It was completely adorable and awesome.

You mean you don't like the creepy melted wax babies?? What about the anatomy scan where your kid looks like Skeletor if you get the right angle.

I also learned you can get a 3d printout of your 3d ultrasound. In case you can't wait for your actual 3d baby to arrive!

I wanted one and tried to have one done but DD was being stubborn and was faced towards my spine and both times we attempted to have it done they weren't able to do it. Its ok. She was totally worth the wait

Yeah, we had a 3D at 11 weeks because I had a possible "issue" (which turned out to not be an issue, but anyway..) That one was really creepy.

The non-creepy (IMO) and awesome one was at 32 or 34 weeks.

I agree. During one of DS3's ultrasounds the tech asked if I wanted her to get me a 3D picture for DH who wasn't there. I told her no thanks because they creep me out.

I think your taking about Sofa. She had an early U/S in 3D in her siggy.

I think they look weird too, but it was cool to see her.  Mine was covered 100% by insurance.

I did one for both my kids, and they looked so much like them.  I did one for DD but two for DS, and the 2nd one they did for him was at 33 weeks and he was so smooshed we felt bad for him lol..

While I do think they look creepy and would personally never get an elective 3D u/s, I am always wanting to see what the inside of my body looks like. I just want to see in there. I love looking at my own x-rays, MRIs, etc.
