Engorged at work

I have pumped twice so far today and my right side is just not cooperating. I was able to get 2 oz out of it this morning, but still had hard spots. At 11:30 I pumped again and barely got 2 more ounces. Right now it is insanely hard and hurts do much! I'd like to try to pump again, but my nip stings so much. I've tried massage many times, but that hasn't helped.
This is my first day back at work, so maybe that has something to do with it.

That happened to me on my first day too. Nothing helped until I got home, applied heat, and let LO nurse, nurse, nurse. Can you get heat on it at all? That seems to help the most for me.
I haven't had it happen again since my first day, so hopefully it doesn't happen to you again either. GL, and I hope you feel better soon.
