Post Coital Test??

I haven't heard this talked about much on here, but does anyone have any experience with this? I have one scheduled for next Friday, and I'm really nervous. Not about the test itself, just the awkwardness of it I guess.

I personally have not had this test done. I know that it would be awkward for me as well, but you have to keep in mind they are professionals and deal with things like that all the time. Just remember one more step in the right direction to making you a baby! Don't let it get to you!

I had it done. I'm in Western Europe, and it's standard practice.

It's a little awkward, but it's over and done with before you know it. Of course, I was nervous too, but it's really no big deal, especially for them. Remember, they've done this countless times, and they are there to help you.

For my test, after the assistant took the sample, I was asked to wait in the waiting room. The assistant analyzed the results, and then asked me to come back into the examination room to discuss it. She let me look into the microscope, and see my husband's sperm swimming around. That took me by surprise, but it was really really cool.
