Funny baby names?

Soooo I apologize in advance if anyone has a child with this name or is planning on naming their child this....

 

I'm 1/2 Greek and 1/2 Italian so I was looking through some ethnic origin baby names...and came across this one.  Is it just me, or does this sound really bad if you mispronounce it! LOL!

I read it as .diarrhea but figured it is pronounced Di-Arr-Eee-Ah

HAHAHAHAHAHA!  This really made me laugh!  Well, I'm not naming my baby that, but by last name is Cox.  Having trouble finding a name that won't be a pun with that last name.  Having a hard time!  LOL
