Did anyone's provider (whether it be CNM, OB, or MFM) suggest you exercise starting at ~29 weeks when you had stopped all excercising except the ocassional walk from ~ 15 weeks?
I was told to start using the seated/stationary bike for 10 minutes a day and build up to 30 minutes a day to help with circulation.
Inside I feel like a cartoon character with my eyes bugging 3 ft out of my head and my jaw literally hitting the ground. It seems like it would be exhausting if not impossible with my belly size... it also makes me worry I might induce PTL.
