So, I thought we could start sharing our morning sickness tips since that time is just around the corner. I had Hypermesis last time and had to have a drip in my stomach and go to the ER once a week for fluids (not fun). However, I did find some things that helped me and thought I'd share - anyone else please share your tips oo.

I'm trying this too this time if I need it: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007XCTNVU/ref=ox_sc_sfl_title_4?ie=UTF8&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER
Vitamin B6 (100-200mg) WITH Zinc (Otherwise it doesn't work)
Lots of fruits and veggies and easily digestible foods, water (I always felt better after getting my fluids and drinking water, but couldn't let it go too long)
Prenatal pops (you can buy them at babies r us and they come in organic now too)

I couldn't do the saltines in the morning becuase it was too dry and would make me gag. So I kept a tupperware of baby carrots and that helped me, then when I got a few of those down I'd try the saltines.
Re: *The Morning-Sickness Battle*
Hmm, I'll keep it in mind. I love the smell of lemons so it can't hurt

will add ginger root tea to this list. It worked better than ginger ale for me because it wasn't carbonated.
same here with the appetite.
I heard flat coke helps, has anyone tried that?
