Tracking cycles again...

Siiiiiigh. I just reinstalled my WomanLogPro app and am confused how to start tracking my cycles. I started bleeding at 4w5d so technically a CP right? My MW said to treat this like a period ouch does that translate to tracking cycles as well?

Also another punch in the gut having to reinstall that app so soon.

    I had been manually tracking my cycle up to my BFP, but I am also confused about how to log things post-m/c. Hope some of the ladies can offer some insight.

    I can't speak to that app (I use FertilityFriend, as do many of the other members of this board who chart), but I had a CP in September and tracked it like a period on FF and then tracked the cycle regularly. 

    (However, I excluded the chart from the month I got pregnant from my data, because it was throwing of my average LP.)

    Yes, regardless of what program you use to track your period, CD 1 is the day you started actually bleeding from your CP.  Even after my D&C for my 1st loss, my Dr. told me to consider the day of the procedure CD 1.  Hope this helps with your tracking!

    So sorry for what you are going through - hugs. My dr advised to treat the first day of bleeding as CD1. I'm not sure about that app, I stick with FF.
