I will trade you a full size Coffee Crisp if you'll spot me a Galaxy bar. DH's aunt took some back with her to Yorkshire last month, along with tons of packets of iced coffee mix, and I'm not sure what else.
Real Tex Mex...the UK's verison of Tex Mex is strange...really strange...also I would like to request a large NY style thin crust pizza and flavoured liquid coffee creamers.

Tex Mex: are we talking about Tex Mex from a restaurant?
We live in a backwater so I just assume, from experience, that anything Mexican on the menu will not resemble what I am used to. Best Mexican food I've had since we moved was made at home.

Galaxy bar: they're kind of like an Aero?
About to ship some M&S Christmas goodies back to Canada for my mum (she's Scottish). I'll have to drop some hints about sending me a few things. I am eating a pretty clean diet this pregnancy but I will totally accept a sugar headache from a Coffee Crisp bar right now.
There's a candy store downtown that sells American treats (at a premium, of course) if I have a real jones, but most of what I miss is local stuff I'll never be able to find here, like the amazing burger joint that used to be a few blocks from my apartment. Every so often, I'll break down and buy peanut butter cups or root beer from the expensive candy store.

I have not been brave enough to try Tex Mex from a restaurant...if one even exists here in Aberdeen. I tried making some from a box kit that I picked up from the store. Then again, it could have been my lack of cooking skills that contributed to trainwreck of the meal!
