Do early milestones need to be adjusted also. Like tracking with eyes and smiling, etc. My LO is over 7 weeks old and will be 2 weeks adjusted on Tuesday. Shes a 34 weeker. I was assuming to give extra time for things like rolling or sitting but I guess for some reason I thought she would be tracking or smiling or something. She is just so much like a brand new newborn still. Floppy and sleepy and that's about it. Normal right?
Our drs said all milestones would be with adjusted age, that being said there's a wide range of normal and babies set their own pace. If your only at 2 wks adjusted I would say the floppy, sleeping baby is normal.

I agree - use adjusted age. DD is a 34 weeker also, and didn't really start smiling until one month adjusted. Tracking seemed like a more gradual development, so I can't pin that one to a date. I am sure your baby is right on track!
