DS will be 4 weeks on Saturday but was born 19 days early. I'm wondering if I should expect growth spurts to follow his actual age or his adjusted age?
You don't use adjusted age unless your child was born before 37 weeks or 21 or more days early. This is per both my sons' neonatologists. But to answer your question, you go by actual age for growth spurts.
