Our RE says everything is 'text book' and all looks well. We heard the tiny little bean's heart beat! It was insane and wonderful and surreal and teary all at the same time 
He told me to show the ultrasound pic to the airline when I travel on sunday and tell them to 'treat you right, because you are with child' 
I adore that man
We have another US in two weeks, and then get 'promoted' to an OB.
