You are all so luck to live near the best sleep consultant in Ontario. Join her FB page and start gathering your free sleep tips now. I used her from BC and she is the best!  I did sleep training before sleeping was a problem and my DS has been sleeping 12 hours per night since 12 weeks. We were able to prevent any bad habits. I recommend her to everyone because as you've all read while lurking on the bump sleep is an issue for so many people. She was just BTV Toronto last Friday. Check her out!  WeeSleep.ca

Hello! My DS will be 1 in June, and I'm due again in October. I'm in Whitby!
