How many ivf'ers had a period during Lupron?

I think I remember the nurse saying it is ok or expected to have some bleeding on suppression/Lupron, but googling says some do and some don't? I've been on 6 days of 10 units of Lupron (was on bcps for 2+weeks beforehand and last pill was Monday night)

So, did you get bleeding during suppression/before stims?

If so, how much and how long? Normal period?

TIA (I would call the RE office but I already called today about something else and I hate to sound like a panicky idiot)

My clinic told me I would have what they called a "Lupron period," but it seemed a lot like a regular period to me. Maybe just a little more "scraggly" as opposed to "when the elevator doors opened in 'The Shining.'"

I had my "period" about 3 days after stoping BCP. It was really light and only lasted about 4 days. My DR did say that it was normal and to expect it. I than reduced my Lupron from 20U to 10U.

I got my period 3 days after my last BCP, while on Lupron! It's normal. My RE told me it was okay if I didn't get one, it wouldn't change anything, but he also wanted to know when I did get it.

Same for me. Totes scraggly.

But I also had spotting almost the whole time on BCPs/Lupron so it was hard to tell the difference.

I did.  I spotted every.single.day I was on BCP, but 2 days after my last pill I got a real period, for about 4 days.  It was much lighter than my normal period (and not as crampy) but it was definitely not spotting.

I wasn't on Lupron for my fresh IVF cycle, but I was on it for my FET and I'm pretty sure they like you to have a period before you start stimming so it's totally normal. I think mine was a pretty regular period too, nothing out of the ordinary.

My last BCP was Tuesday and my period started on Saturday. Mine was actually heavier than normal and lasted 4 days.

I've been on BCP for a week and a half now, and bleeding every single day. I had one day like Carrie, but that was early enough to just be my period. Otherwise it's just been pretty light... Just never ending.
