    I had a surprise 40th for DH yesterday evening, which was an amazing feat to pull off while on bed rest! Was able to do it thanks to one amazing friend. She cleaned up most of it thankfully but there is some cleanup DH will have to deal with during commercials, and while nursing a hangover and handling a 3yo...heh heh. I'm just going to chill today since I did do a lil more than normal yesterday. Maybe get a bit more Christmas shopping done, update our photos, dunno. I have an art project I can work on too.

    I have a mean crock pot chicken and dumplings recipe; definitely a cold weather treat!
