Paying it Forward

So last year when we were in the NICU during Thanksgiving and Christmas, the March of Dimes brough us holiday meals on both ocassions and it was so nice to have someone do that for us. Now I feel so excited because tomorrow my friends and I are taking home cooked meals to the local Ronald McDonald house.

It's been a tough week thinking about how everything started happening around this time last year. But now I look at Manny and he's just the most amazing blessing in our lives. helping others out is really helping me too.

That is wonderful! I'm trying to organize some gift baskets myself for the rmh we stayed in while DD was in nicu. Someone had donated a bunch while I was there and I remember how grateful I was for the puzzle books and other little things in there.
