I just fed my LO about a half hour ago and once he was done he threw up and started crying. He has been crying and coughing on and off for the past 24 hours, but this is the first time he's thrown up. He is still have wet and poopy diapers, so is this something I should be concerned about or should I just continue to watch it?

It may be reflux. Try sitting him up for at least 15-30mins after eating. Burping halfway through feeding is also good. Elevating his head when you lay him down may help also.
