belly soreness

hey I was just wondering if you ladies had any suggestions for this, I'm 30 weeks now and noticing my belly is pretty sore most of the day. I do get some relief from my daily baths...I suppose it's only gonna get worse from here lol.

My MW gave me a prescription belly support belt.  It made a huge difference because I was on my feet a lot for work.  You can the support belts at a lot of places that sell baby stuff... but the prescription ones work the best.

Maternity Spanx "underwear" worked great to prevent soreness when I was pregnant with my DD. The support belt sounds awesome though! Hope you're feeling better.
